What to fix first

Display name conflict (7) — you can fix these yourself: the customer is already linked in QuickBooks, so rename the HCP customer (creates a new QB customer) or merge them. Affected customers: Rafael Castilleja, Anthony Gianakas, Basilio & Linda Flores.
Payment not yet linked (2) — self-resolving; just hit Reprocess after a minute.
Unknown / external API (5) — data errors (discount > subtotal, line total ≠ qty×price, negative total, bad referenced account). These need a Housecall Pro support ticket.
Bank deposit & Invoice-number-taken (2) — one deposit blocked by errors on invoice 8882403; one invoice number already exists in QB (link or renumber).
